The Carib Group is led by a management team with extensive experience across the markets in which it operates: energy trading, shipping, operations, and finance.

From the Group’s head office in Barbados to its branches in the United Kingdom and Singapore, the team directs the Group’s international activities with continuous coordination across regions. This depth of experience underpins how the Group conducts its business and the confidence its partners place in it.

Harry Chilton

Chief Executive Officer
Harry Chilton

Harry began his career at Clarksons before joining Petredec in 2007, where he progressed through a series of senior commercial roles, including Head of Trading and Head of Supply. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of The Carib Group in 2025. In this role, he is responsible for the Group’s strategic direction and for leading its people and operations across an international network of offices, supporting commercial and operational growth across global energy and maritime markets.

Ian Mayers

Finance & Risk Manager
Ian Mayers

Ian is responsible for the Group’s finance and risk management functions, including liquidity planning, operational controls, and long-term financial oversight. A Chartered Professional Accountant with more than 20 years of experience across the oil, gas, and financial services sectors, he brings established expertise to the Group’s financial governance. He also has oversight of the administration and technology functions, supporting the Group’s teams across multiple regions.

Joseph Lewis

Head of Trading
Joseph Lewis

Joseph is responsible for the Group’s trading activities and continues to strengthen its position across international LPG markets. He directs trading across global markets, working with colleagues in trading, logistics, and operations to support reliable trade flows built on long-standing counterparty relationships. His experience is grounded in the sourcing and supply of LPG and petroleum products across international energy markets.
